Procruit has partnered up with a highly reputable Asphalt contractor who specialises in asphalting, rehabilitation, and concrete works.

This an exciting opportunity for an Asphalt Supervisor to join an established contractor with an exciting pipeline of work coming up.

Projects include Road reinstatement, road profiling, asphalt roadways, and carparks.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Scheduling Manager you would be responsible for
- Plan and oversee asphalt projects while aligning with teams.
- Manage staff and trades operating on site.
- Ensure proper asphalt mixing, compaction, and quality through tests.
- Manage crew, promote teamwork, and prioritize safety.
- Keep asphalt equipment functional and perform regular checks.
- Enforce protocols, conduct training, and lead safety meetings.
- Document progress, and materials, and communicate with stakeholders.
