**About the role**

Contributes to the provision of safe, best practice clinical services to the clients of the Pregnancy Advisory Centre. In addition, the role provides a specialist opinion to clients attending for an unplanned pregnancy seeking an abortion and provides clinical leadership, in association with other members of the Pregnancy Advisory Centre team. Supervises the clinical practice of junior medical officers and students training at the centre, assists in planning and organising the delivery of clinical services and contributes to quality improvement initiatives to achieve best practice clinical services and may include participation in research activities and clinical audits.

**Qualifications**
- Must be eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, or Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, or equivalent.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
