- Lead a team of skilled Lawn Mowers and gardeners in executing mowing and gardening projects with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee and participate in various mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weed control, washing outdoors activities
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Coordinate schedules, assignments, and daily tasks to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor quality standards to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
- Manage client relationships and effectively communicate with them to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Assist in estimating project costs, preparing quotes, and proposing enhancements to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Lawn Mowing/landscaping industry, with a strong focus on mowing and gardening.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, successfully managing a team and delivering high-quality results.
- In-depth knowledge of various landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
- A passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
