Our practice is growing and we are seeking a friendly Orthodontic Receptionist to join our team at Ortho Co. We are a boutique, specialist orthodontic practice with a strong focus on customer service.

About the role:

- Part-time
- Parramatta Location
- Monday to Thursday
- 9am to 2pm (or longer hours if you like)
- Above award rates and remuneration based on experience
- Work with a friendly team
- Convenient location: Less than 5 minute walk from Parramatta train station

Duties
- Administrative and reception tasks
- Answering phones
- Managing the appointment schedule
- Processing payments
- Discuss treatment plan and costs with patients
- Social media marketing
- Occasional chair-side/sterilisation assistance
- training provided

About you:

- Friendly, positive personality is essential
- Looking for a long term commitment
- Excellent work ethic; reliable and punctual
- Fast learner
- Displays high attention to detail

Skills & experience required
- Experience as a dental receptionist or is highly advantageous but not a deal breaker
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an outstanding phone manner
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritise work
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Accommodate changing technologies and pace of work with a smile on their face
