Position**:Loader Operator**

**Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per year**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and setting up equipment for use.
- Including the selection, installation, and removal of attachments like buckets, winches, loading scoops, shovel blades, and rock-breaking hammers.
- Operating controls to perform various tasks such as excavation, breaking, drilling, leveling, compacting, gouging, moving, loading, and spreading earth, rock, rubble, soil, and other materials.
- Overseeing equipment operation and adjusting controls to maintain proper pressure, speed, and flow while ensuring the safety of colleagues.
- Manipulating attachments using both manual and hydraulic controls to raise, lower, and maneuver them,
- Following instructions from drawings, markers, and verbal guidance.
- Maintaining equipment functionality by servicing, lubricating, cleaning, refueling, and conducting minor adjustments and repairs as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
