Provide support, reporting and assistance to the Remediation team
- Be an integral part in managing the remediation function within the team
- Hybrid model of 50/50 WFH and in office, Homebush-based or Sydney City

**About the Role**
The Remediation Coordinator role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the remediation schedule, as well as monitoring the planning, execution, and closure of Remediation Events according to the schedule.

The Remediation Coordinator will organise, facilitate and document stakeholder meetings. They will develop Remediation documents, reporting and templates and will oversee quality control throughout the Remediation event life cycle.

This role will provide support, reporting and assistance to the Remediation team.

**About You**
- Liaise with remediation incident owners, the remediation delivery team and legal to establish appropriate timeframes for delivery and completion of remediation phases of work having regard to internal and external drivers. This information will link through to Breach reporting, Archer reporting and Remediation delivery (investigation and release) schedules.
- Manage and maintain Remediation artefacts including the Remediation Register, Remediation GetSmart page, Remediation member website pages, Remediation timelines, according to TMBL Remediation processes and framework, standards and practices.
- Coordinate Remediation releases i.e. the bulk release of communication and payment of remediation to members.
- Produce remediation/incident specific material for training and education for frontline teams.
- Support the Remediation Communication Planning process by contributing to and coordinating internal and external remediation communication content and editing.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings and provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all team members. Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Support budget monitoring, and provide board reporting inputs.
- Support the development of Remediation Event Plans and update plans throughout the Remediation event lifecycle.
- Assist with the management of the organisational change elements of Remediation.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 + years’ experience working or contributing to projects or business change initiatives using appropriate practices, tools and techniques.
- Experience working in the retail banking industry (mutual banking experience highly regarded)
- Experience in office administration
- Knowledge of formalised Project Management and or Business Analysis methodologies - highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of TMBL and banking products in general
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisational, collaboration and negotiating skills
- Awareness and understanding of project management principles, processes and techniques
- Knowledge of core toolset (MS Office including advanced Excel skills, Jira)
