**An exciting opportunity to lead the domestic undergraduate recruitment portfolio at the University of Adelaide.**

As the Lead, Domestic Undergraduate Recruitment you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Universities Domestic Undergraduate Recruitment outcomes. This will see you working under limited direction, the leading a team who deliver recruitment activity for prospective undergraduate students. This position is responsible for fostering a student centred approach to the development and enhancement of initiatives which lead to growth in the domestic undergraduate market at the University of Adelaide. The role also provides assistance as required to Director, Domestic Recruitment in supporting the delivery of the University’s strategic direction in relation to student recruitment.
- Traveling intrastate and interstate may be required to attend recruitment activities or events as required. _

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated ability in leading teams or people.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex matters in an accurate and concise form.
- Experience in delivering engaging presentations to various market segments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to provide support to projects, initiatives and / or, recruitment activities.
- This position requires a valid Working with Children Check._
