**Healthcare Recruitment Team Leader**
**, **to work in our fun and energetic Sydney CBD office space with flexible working arrangements available.

**The Role**:

- Build, support, and develop a team of recruiters and junior para consultants
- Business development with new and existing clients
- Daily team management duties
- Manage a billing desk in healthcare recruitment
- Work closely with the compliance, brand management and marketing teams
- Work with a very supportive, collaborative team and manager
- Consistently deliver the values and vision of the SustainHealth brand

**About You**:

- You will have experience in a 360-degree recruitment life cycle
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable
- Team leader or Team Management experience desirable - including sales management
- You will be a strong, confident and assertive communicator across all mediums
- Strong organisational planning and time management skills required
