Our delivery of high-quality work within the Oil and Gas sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.- We are looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Supervisor for a major upcoming offshore turnaround in our Oil & Gas division. This role will be offered on a 3:3 roster and will commence in August.**What you will be doing**
- Ensure Instrumentation and Controls activities are completed safely and meet the schedule, respecting the critical path and deadlines.
- Allocate work and provide direction to relevant trades specific work requirements.
- Supervise, coach and mentor direct reports; ensure that site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with the client for function testing and instrument status via the DCS/IPS client system.
- Communicate with client representatives on a day-to-day basis, to plan work keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required.
- Identify and drive cost savings and safety improvement initiatives and report on lessons learned and completion/outcomes to the business.

- Australian recognised trade certificate and licenses
- Previous supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience working on a variety of projects and maintenance / turnaround works
