**Role Overview**:
Situated in Canning vale, Perth and reporting directly to the General Manager, you will spearhead collaborative efforts with stakeholders across various divisions and product channels to bolster sales volume, revenue, and profitability.

You will interface with the Sales Function, work across markets, and engage with the Sales team to unearth opportunities and increase revenue and profit.

In this dynamic, newly established position, your core responsibilities include:

- Engaging, influencing, and optimising performance through collaboration with key internal stakeholders spanning sales, customer service, and marketing, with oversight of one direct report.
- Identifying and analysing trends and providing guidance to the Sales force.
- Analysing intricate sales and financial data to identify and drive sales growth.

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and influence internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in analysing sales data and metrics, coupled with strong analytical skills.
- Competence in digital sales tools, technology, and MS Office suite.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to navigate both the ‘big picture’ and granular sales and operational aspects.

Ideally you will have formal qualifications in Accounting and have held a similar role.
