**CNC Programmer - Setter/Operator (Multi-function Lathes & Mills)**

TalentWeb is seeking highly skilled and experienced CNC Machine Setters to join our client in Northern Melbourne. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our advanced multi-function lathes and mills. Experience with Swiss Machines is a strong asset

**This is your chance to**:

- Work with a variety of complex parts on the latest high-tech CNC machines and robotic automation systems.
- Utilise your expertise in CNC programming, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure precision and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement environment.

**To be successful, you'll need**:

- 3 + years of experience as a CNC Machine Setter or related role.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
- Experience working with multi-function lathes and mills (experience with Swiss Machines a plus).
- Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
