Kitchen Hand

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our team at El Jannah in Plumpton. As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and assembly of food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and adhering to food safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting chefs and cooks in food preparation
- Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
- Stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Following food safety guidelines and procedures
- Assisting with dishwashing and general kitchen duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
