**About the position**
Our Balance team embrace the fitness and wellness lifestyle and industry with enthusiasm. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of front of house reception, inbound sales, and monitoring of gym floor across Mayfield, New Lambton and Cardiff sites of Balance Health Clubs. We are currently seeking a casual Multifunctional Attendant to join our Balance team. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the management of a busy front desk in a professional and energetic manner
- Undertake opening and closing procedures
- Process payments and balance the till
- End of month stock-take
- Handle membership enquires
- Build and maintain health club relationships
- Maintain safe and clean facilities at all times including regular cleaning of gym and equipment
- Monitor and report equipment faults for repair
Certifications required: First Aid, CPR & WWCC#
All positions at the Wests Group require a criminal check to be performed (costs covered by The Wests Group).
**About you**
You will be member focused, with a passion for health and fitness. You will easily build rapport with members and love to help them achieve their fitness goals. One of your biggest strengths will be the ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests. Previous experience in a reception/admin environment with basic computer skills in Word and Excel will be highly regarded.
