**About the role**

Based within beautiful architecturally designed offices in the heart of Melbourne CBD, you will work within a medium sized team and be responsible for the Front of House operations and providing an exceptional guest experience. This includes providing support to the Office Coordinator, boardroom and meeting room management, meeting & greeting guests, general administrative and event duties and support.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**

Ideally you have prior experience in a customer facing role where you have been responsible for the guest experience and ensuring the highest levels of customer service have been maintained. We welcome applicants from either Reception/Admin roles in Property, Real Estate or Construction or a hospitality background who have worked as a Concierge, Guest Relations, Host/Hostess or Front Office Supervisor.

- Positive, can-do and professional attitude
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Immaculate presentation with strong attention to the finer details
- Ability to multi-task, be proactive and prioritise
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package including Excel and Microsoft Word
