Analyst Programmer

We are looking for an Analyst Programmer who will be responsible for the analysis, design and delivery of software solutions, enhancements and integration requirements.

As a Development lead, this will involve analyzing and understanding complex business problems and needs, operating within and providing feedback on the software design strategy. You will be an integral part of the project team leading the development of integrating various platforms into our ERP.

Working closely with the project manager to achieve deadlines and within a project framework, you will be responsible and provide guidance to various stakeholders including international vendors.

**About the role**
- Supporting and maintaining a range of Applications and Systems including SAP B1 and various online platforms
- Leading a small team of developers and understanding and developing Integration methods, integration tools and methodologies eg API’s to integrate various data sources into ERP SAP B1
- Database development tools for SQL. Analysing and identify an opportunity to assess data requirements and developing specific reports, analysis tools required by various parts of the business
- Work with various external vendors with issue resolution
- Managing to the priorities and managing code to improve performance. Identify and raise opportunities for continuous improvement across all platforms and databases
- Ensuring customer data is consistent and available at all times Improving the quality, access and usage of our data for consumers and customer

**About you**
- Strong SQL Development expertise and performance tuning
- Experience designing, developing and supporting complex systems Integration Projects with a demonstrated background in analytics
- Demonstrated experience of the system development lifecycle, including requirements clarification, data analysis, component design and development, component testing and release management.
- Previous experience in maintaining and administering multiple databases
- Microsoft Excel pivot reporting and forecast model building
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage own time
- Ability to work and grow across multiple technologies
- Varied background considered, database support who can develop or a developer who wants to do support
- Ability to communicate with international vendors
- Experience with previous integration projects (high desirable)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
