**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Supervision: Assist the spa manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and handling any employee-related issues.
- Customer Service: Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to spa guests. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Team Development: Help in recruiting, training, and developing spa staff to ensure they are knowledgeable, skilled, and committed to providing high-quality services.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Work with the spa manager to set sales targets and strategies to achieve revenue goals. Implementing and overseeing the spa's KPI system, providing feedback and reporting to higher management on a regular basis.
- Spa Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment. Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and ensure proper maintenance of spa equipment.
- Treatment and Service Quality: Ensure that all spa treatments and services meet or exceed the established standards.
- Problem Solving: Be prepared to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues that may arise during spa operations or with clients. Your ability to make quick, informed decisions will be essential.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with the spa manager, spa staff, and other relevant departments in the establishment. This includes relaying important information, updates, and feedback effectively.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as managing schedules, payroll, budgets, and other paperwork.
- Positive Role Model: Be a role model for your team by demonstrating professionalism, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude.

Skills & Requirements:
Diploma of Beauty or equivalent qualification is mandatory.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the spa industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Deep knowledge of various spa treatments, therapies, and beauty products.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in computer systems and spa management software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surfers Paradise, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
