Working in the Regional Planning team offers a great opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive team culture who aim to strengthen circular economy outcomes in partnership with the Victorian regions.

The successful applicant will contribute to delivering round 1 and round 2 of the Regional Recycling Fund (RRF) and take a lead role with the promotion and uptake of the recently completed Regional Circular Economy Plans (RCEPs) to ensure circular economy opportunities in the regions are supported and enhanced.

This role requires someone who is a great team player, has a high attention to detail and willing to work in a rapidly changing environment, responding effectively to key internal stakeholders and stakeholders throughout regional Victoria, as part of our Department values. You will also have proven stakeholder engagement skills and experience in successfully leading grant funding programs.

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Tools: Experience and ability to use program management systems and tools, and advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Project Management: Experience in working in the Agile methodology will be well regarded. Clearly assigns responsibility for project tasks and decisions; sets clear project milestones, objectives and measures; monitors project process, progress, and results; designs feedback loops into projects.

**This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2024. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.**
