**The Opportunity**
As Claims Agent for our life portfolio you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Claims service to our customers in a timely manner within the procedural requirements of our business.

- Self-motivated and highly organised you adhere to deadlines and adapt well to change

- Maintaining professionalism when under pressure you demonstrate the ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolutions when faced with challenges
