Digital Advisor Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing end-to-end client engagement including developing project plans to suit client timeline and budget; project managing in progress projects across our service offering;
- Delegating, supervising and reviewing of our team of Cloud Solutions Consultants and working closely with managers across our divisions and their clients
- Developing the consulting pipeline for existing clients and advise clients on practical and commercial issues and develops solutions which genuinely add value to the client’s business
- Working to build out the national SME Digital offering including associated training and certification requirements and continually developing out the way we communicate with clients on projects;
- Manage workflow of the team and communicate with the partner on a frequent basis on all necessary matters

**Education Requirements**

**Essential**
- Business / Commerce degree
- Certifications in relevant software

**Ideal**
- Degree major in both Accounting and IT

**Demonstrated Experience & Attributes**

**Essential**
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar customer facing role
- Strong written, verbal and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Deep understanding of the vendor offering across the Xero ecosystem and SaaS experience
- Experience managing junior team members and stakeholder management skills

**Ideal**
- Experience with Tier 2 ERP solutions
- Comprehensive technical knowledge
- Highly experienced in vendor management
- Experience with project management best practices

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
