**About the role**

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales goals to increase ShipStation users, usage, shipment volume and revenue. They will proactively engage with our inbound trial sign-up leads, to identify value for their business and seamless migration to the ShipStation platform.

**About the Team**

As part of our growing Inside Sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals who help e-commerce sellers fulfill their products to their buyers using the most efficient and economical path.

**What will you be doing?**
- Achieve sales goals to increase ShipStation users, usage, shipment volume and revenue
- Proactively engage with inbound trial ShipStation users to identify value for their business and seamless migration to the ShipStation platform
- Provide rapid response to client inquiries and requests
- Achieve skills on the ShipStation platform in order to represent ShipStation at industry events and on-site account visits as needed
- Be an evangelist for ShipStation

**What are we looking for?**
- Superb communication skills - Written and verbal
- The ability to learn complex technology and demo the product with enthusiasm and passion
- Strong relationship-building skills
- The ability to self-manage time and responsibilities
- 1 year of SaaS software or equivalent sales experience, one or more years as an Inside Sales Representative

**What will make you stand out?**
- Industry experience in eCommerce, transportation and/or logistics preferred

**The Tech**
- Working knowledge of G-suite
- Knowledge of a CRM is strongly preferred
