Finance Business Partner

Hybrid work model, Officer location
- Band starting 99k + super, full time
- Provide meaningful insights to senior leaders and managers and contribute to the development of Council's financial strategy.

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. The Finance Business Partner will be a key conduit between the finance unit and the wider organisation, delivering financial analysis and advice to support decision making. The role adds value through partnering with business units to promote long term financial sustainability, developing robust financial forecasts and budgets, and ensuring financial reporting obligations are met. This role is instrumental in developing financial literacy, capability, and accountability within the business unit’s it supports.

**About you**
- CPA / CA ANZ qualification and membership.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, financial analysis and financial reporting
