**About School Infrastructure***

School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

**About the role**

Manages the development and oversight of best practice property, procurement and contract management for early childhood services, including Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) licenses, Preschool Long Day Care (LDC) leases, as well as Canteens and Uniforms services on NSW Government school sites.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood, Property, Project/Contract management or a related field and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to join our Shared Use of Schools team, reporting to the Director, Shared Use of Schools. You will have solid experience in providing strategic and expertise advice on licenses and leases for the state-wide portfolio. To be successful in this role, you will provide effective recommendations and guidance to stakeholders on a complex range of issues and priorities relating to Early Childhood, Canteen and Uniform services to ensure effective program delivery and implementation. You possess strong attention to detail for the coordination of procurement management of licences and leases as well as oversee industry practises. You enjoy building strategic relationships with stakeholders to facilitate engagement, consultation and information sharing across all program activities.
