Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a national pricing system that provides the foundation of Hardings Hardware pricing for the Residential, Commercial and Wholesale divisions and is in alignment with its corporate strategic goals.

We are seeking an astute analyst that has intermediate skills in MS Excel and demonstrates the ability to analyse, design and improve the end-to-end process of pricing changes. You will also have the capability to leverage multiple data sets in order to manage key business deliverables, while identifying avenues for continuous improvement.

What you will be doing
- Working closely with Sales to deliver competitive customer pricing, meeting both the customers’ needs and delivering the best outcome for the business.
- Conduct monthly customer profitability analysis, identify opportunities for changes to fixed prices to drive profitable business outcomes.
- Communicate pricing recommendations and actionable insights to the business.
- Develop and maintain prices within the system.
- In conjunction with the Pricing Team, establish robust processes for maintaining customer prices.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.
