**The Opportunity**

As a Retail Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring the day to day financial and performance of Showrooms, driving the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at optimising business operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for overseeing projects, from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with organisational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, review and report on showroom performance
- Utilise commercial data to develop initiatives, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Drive process improvement in showrooms to ensure execution of business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency, optimisation and innovation.
- Oversee and coordinate special projects and initiatives, which includes developing project plans, set timelines, and track milestones to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally in the development and execution of retail projects.

**About You**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in a commercial operations or similar role
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
- Exceptional written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment.
