You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Control, and be
**responsible for business processes and services** in relation to Process & Operational Risk Management and Controls Testing.

The role provides
**first line functional support** to users in addressing operational risk and SOX related issues. Additionally, the role will facilitate operational risk management and driving improved control and risk with respect to SOX.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Documentation of business requirements, systems architecture and processes
- Review and enhance the risk and controls framework across Finance, providing value-adding advice, embedding a robust operational risk and compliance framework
- Providing support to first line and second line as required from both a process and documentation perspective
- Keeping up to date with Global legislation changes and support with process improvement
- Enthusiasm to pick up and run adhoc projects, taking responsibility for delivery in a professional manner

**You will have**:

- 3-5 years experience in Banking and/or Financial Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with key stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships
- Strong analytical skills
