**About The Company**:
Located in Kangaroo Valley, our client has recently completed significant renovations and expansion in entertaining facilities and new villa accommodation areas surrounding the championship golf course. The restaurant is located in a historic building, open on Friday and Saturday nights, with a view to expand for lunches.

**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee ordering, preparing and serving drinks and food.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Train staff
- Liaise with guests and assist with service
- Provide quotes to clients that enquire about functions
- Work with our Head Chef to produce menus that impress guests, and keep the local clientele coming back for more

**About You**:
You will work mainly from Thurs to Sunday depending on the guest and event bookings.
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Calm, well organised and friendly demeanour
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
