Vehicle Inspector

**Day-to-day you’ll be responsible for**:
- Conducting full mechanical vehicle inspections.
- Completing vehicle assessment/inspection reports in our systems.
- Working with the team on site to ensure vehicle details are captured accurately and vehicle descriptions capture all the relevant details.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle faults.
- Road testing vehicles.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line the Grays values and commitment to customer service.
- Completing other auto yard related duties as required.
**We’re looking for someone who has**:
- Mechanical Trade Certificate III or higher alongside experience working in a workshop
- Experience conducting road-worthy checks
- An eye for body-work and previous repairs
- Full open manual driver’s license
- Authorised Inspection Scheme Vehicle Inspector Accreditation (or a willingness to acquire one)
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes for customers.
- A positive, team and customer focused attitude.
- A commitment to safe work practices.
