**To Be Frank Bakery Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Baker to join its team.**

**We are an artisan bakery and patisserie in Collingwood, VIC, and looking for a talented baker to prepare and bake a variety of bread products in-house made fresh everyday.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Baking a range of long fermentation bread products using a range of different fermentation and baking techniques
- Adhering to food safety and occupational health regulations;
- Monitoring equipment and ensuring all specialised baking tools are in working order;
- Maintaining the good running order of specialised baking equipment;
- Preparing work schedules and keeping section records.

**Requirement**:

- a Certificate III or Certificate IV in a relevant field, plus 2 years of full-time post qualification experience; or
- at least three years of experience as a baker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Baking: 2 years (preferred)
