**The Role**

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Afternoon shift supervisor will be responsible for a range of operational tasks to deliver a high-quality standard of work to this major market based in Melbourne CBD. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting and supervising a team of cleaners.
- Rostering and working to agreed schedules.
- Training and development of new and existing staff
- Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests (e.g. spills etc.)
- Responding to the needs of the client (customer service)
- Conducting routine audits and quality checks
- Overseeing workloads, work outcomes and standards
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures

**About You**
- Available to work weekends
- Available for afternoon Shift (generally between 2pm - 11pm)
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Extensive experience within the cleaning industry
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Current, valid Australian driver's license
- Confident communication skills
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- A strong customer service focus and attention to detail
- A great work ethic and not afraid to get their hands dirty
