Your new role

We are seeking an experienced, confident & self-motivated team member to support our professional friendly team. You'll become an integral part of the heart and soul of a talented team.

This would be ideal for someone who has experience in bookkeeping and customer service skills within a small trade business &/or electrical industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Compilation of company reports
- Budgeting, cashflow management, and strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Invoicing, accounts receivable & debtor management using Xero
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll and superannuation processing
- PAYG and BAS reporting

Your other responsibilities may include:

- Ad-hoc administration duties and customer service as required
- Appointment & resource scheduling using AroFlo
- Identify customer needs & suggest improvements that could enhance the experience of both our customers and team
- Create, implement, and maintain systems & procedures

To succeed:

- You'll have completed a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
- You are articulate, punctual & dependable with a cheerful disposition, an excellent telephone manner & a strong work ethic
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Xero, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive & SharePoint
- You have excellent written communication with attention to detail
- You are well-organised, initiative-taking, and result-oriented with an ability to prioritise work
- You can work both autonomously & effectively in a team environment
- You are dedicated with a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service

Experience or skill set that could give you an edge:

- Experience using Futrli
- Experience using a cloud-based job management software
- Customer service, IT or sales experience
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Business
