Our client is a leading equipment supplier that operates on a national scale. Due to increased workload, they have a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team.

**What will this position be responsible for?**
This position will see you maintaining and improving the companies HR practices through working closely with stakeholders to implement change and improve departments from talent acquisition and retention through to policy initiatives and strategies.

**What do you require to be successful in this position?**
- Previous experience in a similar generalist role.
- Understanding of HR strategies and legislations.
- Can-do attitude with the ambition to drive change.
- HR qualification would be ideal but not essential.
