**About The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Director Strategy, Architecture, Risk and Compliance, the Student Journey Environments (SJE) Platforms and Integration Analyst supports BKI objectives and strategy. This includes:

- Conduct thorough analyses of the SaaS platform to ensure it meets business requirements and customer needs.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the platform to enhance stability, usability, and functionality. Support the integration of third-party services with our SJES platforms, ensuring seamless data interchange and functionality.

- Strong understanding of integrations platforms (Anypoint - MuleSoft, API manager)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
