**D365 and BI Specialist**:
**The Company**

Tutt Bryant Group Limited is a multi-Divisional organisation operating in Equipment Distribution, General Equipment Hire, Crane Hire and Specialist Lift. This group level role will focus on providing solutions to meet the growing development requirements of the business.

**The Role**

This role is an initial 6 months Fixed Term Contract with WFH flexibility. You will enjoy a varied role with the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience of D365 FinOps and the Power platform. Reporting to the Business Applications Manager as part of a professional team you will work with other IT team members, Project Manager, Business Analyst, business leaders, consultants, and end users in coordinating and developing solutions within the Dynamics D365 FinOps environment from concept through to implementation and support.

**Your duties will include**:

- Design, develop and implement D365 FinOps software solutions, Power BI solutions and Report Writing.
- Testing and evaluating new functionality.
- Prepare documentations for systems solutions.
- Facilitate and /or conduct training where required (D365).
- Prepare and assist with system and user acceptance test plans, scripts and testing.
- Review and analyse business processes, re-engineer as necessary to improve efficiency, effectiveness and/or usability using strategic analysis techniques and process models.
- Designing databases (Including Data Warehouse) and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
- Facilitate Solutions related to ETL database development, SSRS report development and Power BI platform solutions.
- Have a sound understanding and / or experience in accounting functions.
- Writing and implementing efficient code.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with D365 Finance & Operations
- Minimum 3 years’ Microsoft Power platform solutions experience.
- Strong Microsoft BI including SSRS & Power BI.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with SQL and T-SQL.
- Experience with Azure SQL Server.
- Experience in data migration skills.
- Experience with DevOps.
- Certification in D365 FinOps Development
- Database design skills and Data Warehouse architecture design is desirable.
- Skills in X++, C#.net and ASP.net desirable.
- Any exposure to IDMS Annata is highly desirable.
- Facilitating Solutions related to ETL database development is desirable.
- Certification PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals is desirable.
- Exposure to SharePoint 2010 - 2016 and SharePoint Online is desirable. ** Skills and attributes**

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels across the business.
