Our client is a leading national retailer seeking a Communications Coordinator for a 6 months initial engagement with views to extend. You will be working on a large program of work and will be required onsite 1-2 days per week and the rest will be WFH.

$600-700p/d including super

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages internal program communications plan and activities
- Support the execution of multi-channel integrated communications plan and activities
- Interlock with the Program team, P&C, corporate comms, ecomm marketing and supplier comms
- Contributes to the production of change management and comms plans that align with wider project objectives
- Support the senior stakeholder comms & engagement strategy and activities
- Creation of core messaging across channels and audiences, covering content development and delivery planning
- Works closely with Integrated Comms Lead Business to ensure Functional Comms Managers understand comms approach, plan and messaging timeframe, and any key Business milestones for communications are considered in integrated plan
- Support comms reporting and measurement of comms KPIs for enabling and sustaining change
- Ongoing risk management

**Experience**:

- Experience supporting multi-channel and audience comms and engagement delivery
- Comms and engagement expertise across planning and delivery
- Ability to establish a collaborative working relationship across the workstream representatives
- Ability to pivot and adapt self and team to program changes
- Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of comms templates and tool
- Experience with program/project management life cycle, methodologies, and governance processes
- Experience working on a complex Program and fast paced environment
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced excel, PPM and modelling skills
