**Mandatory requirements**:

- Current holder of Class C driver's licence

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience in construction, maintenance practices and principles and road corridor activities including Public Utility Plant, developer works and permit enforcement.
- Certificate III in Civil Construction and Maintenance Qualification.
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision Qualification
