Summary
We are seeking a Fulltime Scaffolder to construct and dismantle temporary structures in the residential and commercial construction industry. The position is based at our Bellevue Yard and Grass Valley Yard (Servicing the Eastern Wheatbelt Region). The ideal scaffolder will maintain adherence to safety regulations and have the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Erect scaffolding structures in A Frame and Quick stage in accordance with project specifications and safety standards
- Dismantle scaffolding after project completion
- Inspect and ensure scaffolding is safe and secure
- Maintain inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and solve any scaffolding-related issues
- Assist in material handling and storage
- Set base plates, standards, ledgers, and transoms for Quickstage
- Set base plates, Frames ledgers, and braces for A Frame.
- Secure scaffold structures to buildings using ties and anchors
- Assemble, position, and secure scaffolding components
- Install ladders and guard rails for worker access and safety
- Check the stability and safety of the erected scaffolding
- Adjust scaffolding to meet site-specific requirements
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding
- Follow Drawings and detailed instructions for scaffold construction
- Coordinate scaffold assembly with other construction activities
- Clear the site after dismantling scaffolding and ensure all materials are accounted for

SB Ticket
MR Syncromesh Truck Drivers License

Pay: $88,920.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
