**About the role at CBRE**

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Office Leasing team in Sydney. In collaboration with the other dedicated CBD analyst, you will be supporting the team of brokers with analysing data by capturing and understanding, enquiry, market share, opportunity, competition, and pursuit data. We are seeking a person with strong interest in commercial real estate and pro-active attitude to deliver results.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
