**We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator who can make a real impact in the community through their work at our Moe Newborough Leisure Centre.**

**About this Role**

As Administration Officer you will support the Centre Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Moe Newborough Leisure facility.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative tasks including:

- Registering and maintaining customer details including general bookings, swimming lessons, memberships and other programs.
- Rostering Leisure staff members and ensuring they are aware of their specific duties.
- Handling customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.

**About You**

For this position we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide quality administrative support to our Moe Newborough Leisure Centre.

You will have:

- Experience in administration and time management
- Experience in cash-handling
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 2 First Aid)
- Be willing to obtain and maintain a Pool Lifeguard Qualification
