Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

About the Role

Telstra Kalgoorlie are expanding the team and looking for Customer Service & Sales Professionals, JOIN TODAY

Some of the specifics
- Telstra Store Booragoon - 297 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie WA 6430
- Casual & Part Time Positions Available
- Store Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 - 17:00

Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
