Our client, a premier provider in the mental health, disability, and aged care services sector, is currently seeking passionate and dedicated AHPRA registered Psychologists and/or individuals with a Behaviour Support Practitioner number with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission to join their esteemed team. **Your Role**:
As a vital member of the team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals in the community, aiming to achieve an optimal state of personal, social, and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with clients to identify barriers to optimal functioning and implement interventions focusing on enhancing skills, promoting wellness, and preventing relapse.
- Tailor your caseload to service clients in your home area or at the office, with logístical support to ensure efficiency in scheduling and client visits.
- Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred, evidence-based support for individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist and/or a Behaviour Support Practitioner number.
- Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to comply with WWCC, NDIS Workers Screening, and NSW Health COVID and flu vaccination requirements.
