**ROLE**

We are recruiting for a Digital & Print Media Coordinator who will be part of the marketing team that looks after events, marketing, and promotions among other tasks to attract future enrollments and philanthropic funding.

Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement & Marketing (DCEM), this is a hands-on marketing and communications role responsible for the school’s communications and marketing activities that promote it to target audiences. This includes operations of the school website and social media sites. Marketing includes printed material and publications, web and social media, digital newsletters, and EDMs.

You will be creating a social media strategy and working collaboratively across departments to drive online performance in terms of reach and conversion towards community engagement and fundraising campaigns by using current best practices.

A major part of the role is to source, prepare and proofread marketing and communication materials as directed by the DCEM while liaising with outsourced companies where appropriate. This includes the three-weekly eNewsletter, the bi-annual publication GenNarrations, the College Yearbook and other print publications, website copy, and social media content.

Capture photographs and video content at all key school events (including after-hour events) for

social media promotion along with management, storage, and distribution of all photography and videos. Develop quarterly web, digital, and social media reports to track statistics for visitors.

**YOU**
- 2+ years experience in graphic design, photography, and basic video editing (Provide Folio)
- Experience in publishing software and design software like InDesign, Photoshop (Adobe Suite)
- Editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills for social media & digital communications
- Experience in managing CMS websites such as Drupal or WordPress
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite, web-based platforms, database management, and reporting & analysis tools
- Ability to complete annual publications like Yearbook and GenNarrations within deadlines
- Strong verbal, and written communication skills for a range of audiences
- Excellent organisation, planning, and prioritising skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to think and work autonomously and in a team environment
- A current Working with Children Check & National Police Check is required

**BENEFITS**

This position is an ongoing role that starts on a full-time Contract basis with a high possibility to convert to permanent. There are seven weeks of annual school holiday leave per annum. A lot of onsite free car parking is available. Very convenient to travel by public transport as well.
