**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join the AP Shared Services Team on an ongoing full-time basis. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day accounts payable transaction support to our central office and schools.

This role works as part of an amazing team, providing exceptional support services to our schools around our accounts payable purchasing process, including:

- Processing invoices in our AP automation solution (Kofax) and problem-solving purchasing issues in our ERP (TechOne)
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Creating new suppliers in the ERP
- Maintaining service levels for tickets raised through our Enterprise Service Desk
- Maintaining the accounts inbox

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable processes, in particular in a high volume environment and with specific experience in purchase order three-way matching
- Team player who enjoys being part of a busy, friendly team
- Excel in customer service and enjoy problem solving for your stakeholders
