**AREA MANAGER**- Flexibility with WFH- Site visits daily in AM and afternoon from the leisure of your home- Based between Canningvale & North Fremantle

**_Are you _**- Experienced in OSHC?- Highly organised and can work autonomously?- Have a good understanding of Law and Regulation/ NQF / Child safe standards?- Willing to travel?

We are looking for an area manager who is reliable, consistent and most of all independent. Your role is to support, guide and lead a team of educators to provide safe, engaging and compliant OSHC Services.

**_ Key Responsibilities;_**- Ensure each service is compliant with policy and regulatory requirements and supports educators to meet and maintain these requirements on an ongoing basis.- Visit each service within their region a minimum of once per fortnight plus additional support visits where required.- Ensuring all services in their region are compliant with the applicable policies,
- procedures and regulations. This includes assisting with rostering, records and educator
- Engagement.- Provide support to services within the region in areas such as routine and structure, day to day operations, programming, delivery of quality and compliance.- Participate in and lead quality improvement processes both at an operational and service level.- Provide networking opportunities, facilitate professional discussions and support overall
- professional and personal development for educators within their region.- Conduct appropriate performance management activities in line with company procedures.- Participate in and contribute to the development of training sessions.- Implementation of organisational values and principles.- Help to promote services (review newsletters, be involved in school events, fetes, BBQ etc).- Build capabilities in field staff (Show, do, watch and support).- School set up for transition and support through the transition process.- Establish relationships with all stakeholders.- Participate in the educator recruitment processes.- Implementation of commercial processes.- Participate in regular meetings, including daily phone calls and weekly operations meetings.
- Prepare and submit reports to management and principals.

- Develop and maintain a positive professional relationship with staff, school contacts and community.- Establish and maintain open communication with staff.- Regularly contribute to improvements and conversations.- Ensure interaction with all team members is respectful, ethical and in line with our values and code of conduct.- In collaboration with the National Operations Manager, ensure all Assessment and Rating visits are successful and are validated to an exceeding standard.
- Attend and contribute to weekly Area Manager meetings.

**_Adhere to Policies and Processes & Compliance;_**
- Comply with policies and processes, as may be updated.- Contribute toward policy and procedure reviews both ad hoc and annually.
- Compliant with all regulatory requirements and work in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011_._
