Sunblest Blinds, a thriving blind cleaning, sales, and repairs business, is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a multifaceted role. This position offers a unique career path, starting with mastering blind cleaning and progressing to repairs, staff training, sales, measure, installation, and eventually taking on a leadership role managing additional employees' day-to-day workload and ensuring quality/safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Blind Cleaning**:

- Master the art of blind cleaning with meticulous attention to detail.
- Efficiently clean and hang blinds, ensuring spotless and sparkling results.
- Manage daily cleaning schedules and workspace preparation.

2. **Blind Repairs**:

- Learn and perform blind repair techniques.
- Train new staff on cleaning and repair procedures.

3. **Sales, Measure & Installation**:

- Progress to sales activities, including customer consultations and product recommendations.
- Develop skills in measuring and installing new blinds.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

4. **Team Leadership**:

- Manage additional employees' day-to-day workload.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

5. **Work Environment**:

- Open and close the factory, preparing the workspace for daily operations.
- Handle the physical demands, including heavy lifting, stairs, and using cleaning utensils.

6. **Logistics**:

- Package and stack cleaned blinds for delivery.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely customer returns.

**Work Schedule**:

- Initially 3 days/week, 8-10 hours/day, with potential for full-time.
- Additional staff training may lead to expanded work hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.38 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
