**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute residential/commercial landscaping projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Lead, train, and motivate the landscaping team to enhance performance and collaboration
- Keep accrue record of project progress and communications
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and management
- Comply with state building regulations

**Qualifications/ Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience with all aspects of landscaping, including but not limited to measurements, paving, concreting, timber works, soft landscape and associated lighting and irrigation knowledges
- Excavator/Bobcat license and any other relevant landscape tickets would be advantageous, but this is not mandatory
- Experience in coordinating staff and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver license, white car, WWC
- Tickets for excavator or other machine operations are highly beneficial.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
