**Qualifications & experience**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent/ Certificate 3
- Working with Children’s Check clearance if over 18
- First Aid Certificate HLTAID004 desirable
- Up to date Child Protection certification CHCPRT001

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- To be responsible for planning and preparing the environment, setting up interest-based experiences, preparing and clearing away materials and supplies
- Identify children’s interests and use these to inform the program. Engage in sector documentation such as writing up observations and learning stories with knoweledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and theory-based knowledge.
- To critically reflect on the program and use these reflections to drive improvement
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other staff, children, and families

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
