This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous HR Coordinator/ Advisor looking for that next step. In this newly created role, you will be working closely with the Principle and will be responsible for talent attraction & retention, HR policy and procedure development, & HR administrative tasks.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Manage a range of HR operational activities including development of HR process improvements.
- Support the HR lifecycle through, induction, onboarding and offboarding activities.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Previous HR Coordination/ Advisor experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Have a high attention to detail & excellent administration skills.
- Ideally experience within the Education sector_ (not essential)._
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
