We are very proud to announce that our client is opening a new venue in South Yarra one of Melbourne's most affluent, on-trend, inner city pockets. As the first venue in Melbourne to uphold the standards to its sister venue in Sydney, an award winning local team of architects have curated a brilliant design to master the fit out.
The venue is young and fun loving, a smart casual dining room that is exciting and refreshing. Great cocktail offerings and a curated wine list that suits the space. Professional and friendly service that upholds good standards but nothing over complicated or too pretentious.
Culture is incredibly important to this business so if you are looking for a role that aligns with your value compass then you'll get job satisfaction knowing you're working with a like minded and proud team.
This group is all about quality drinks and fresh food. With all of this combined they are creating an electrifying atmosphere that you will want to be a part of. You will lead the team from the front by passing on your knowledge of service standards, whilst at the same time building a key relationship with the kitchen team.
We are looking for a strong leader who is a genuine, guest focused, loyal and self-sufficient. Someone who has the ability to autonomously run the venue like it is their own.
