**Projects Electrical Coordinator**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around

our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities include**:

- carry out planning, design and scheduling activities for projects;
- develop and present periodic updates to the site clients;
- monitor and manage effective implementation of project design and plans;
- ensure project activities are being carried out to required standards and procedures;
- monitor and report on performance against plan and budget and investigate and variations;
- review and cost contractor claims and other invoices;
- provide technical direction and coordination for project related contractors; and
- ensure that contractors comply with established safe working practices including site environmental

requirements.
- minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in a Project Coordination role, preferably in a brown fields

environment;
- Electrical trade or engineering qualification
- proven ability in planning roles;
- understanding of electrical projects;
- analytical skills to prepare and manage capital budgets/forecasts and analyse cost variance;
- contract management including preparation of tenders, scopes, bills of quantity, inspection test plans and

quality management;
- knowledge and ability to interpret Australian Wiring Rules;
- Knowledge of process plant control systems
- understanding of safety, health and environment management systems; and
- IT literate with emphasis on projects planning and Microsoft suite of programs.
