**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice/Clinic Manager or 2IC to take the next step in their career, and move into the Operations Coordinator - WA role until December 2025. This is a full-time position, working approximately 38 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours required. Reporting to the Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC), you will play a critical role in supporting the clinics throughout WA by coordinating the day-to-day operations.

**DUTIES**

Your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Using your experience and knowledge to act as one of the ‘go to point’ for the resolution of operational matters;
- Mentoring and supporting Practice Managers and Client with training, onboarding and offboarding of their team
- Supporting the ROC as required, including acting in their role in their absence
- Liaising with the Operations Manager regarding any operational concerns that cannot be resolved locally
- Ensuring the end-to-end internal and external client experience is beneficial and consistent in each clinic
- Assisting with accreditation of clinics and FIFO personnel to ensure compliance
- Establishes, maintains and builds relationships to foster positivity in teams and develop a positive culture.
- Evaluates performance objectively and implements a culture of continual performance improvement.
- Delivers and maintains accountability for clinic activities and their contribution to clinic performance.
- This role is a avenue of support for Practice Managers and will assist in resolving any clinical operational queries.
- Liaises with all Project staff to ensure project KPI’s are met and staff maintain adherence to site rules.
- Promotes increased client satisfaction by dealing with all complaints and enquiries within 24 hours.
- Travel will be required throughout WA

- Ability to engage, motivate and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes
- A commitment to continuous improvement to improve efficiencies across WA clinics
- Excellent problem solving skills with a tenacity to work through challenging situations
- Advanced computer skills to assisting with reporting
- A strong focus on internal and external customer service
